Our support hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Atlantic Standard Time (AST). For critical issues, we also offer 24/7 emergency IT support.

How quickly can you respond to an IT issue?

Our response times are defined in Service Level Agreements (SLAs). For critical issues, we aim to respond within 15 minutes.

Do you offer a free IT assessment?

Yes, we are happy to provide a free network and cybersecurity assessment to qualified businesses to help identify areas where your IT infrastructure can be improved.  This will help identify vulnerabilities ranging from open ports and unsecure connections in your environment to alerting you if any of your information has made its way onto the Dark Web.
